Profile

Dr. Victoria Winbush teaches courses in human behavior, generalist social work practice, oppression and racism and field seminars in Cleveland State University's School of Social Work.  She also teaches graduate courses in CSU's Diversity Management Program (DMP). She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S Ohio) and a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing & Education of the National Board for Certified Counselors. Winbush holds several post-graduate certificates from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, where she previously served as the organization's interim executive director. Winbush has served as an adjunct assistant professor and a research adviser at the Smith College School for Social Work and an adjunct instructor at CWRU's Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. She previously served as the executive director of the Multicultural Training Institute for the Mental Health Board in Cuyahoga County.
