"My favorite part of the Online MSW program is the real life application through the internship program. I was able to do Employment Based Practicum (EBP) my Generalist Year. EBP allowed me to learn how to assess client and professional interactions at my workplace through CSWE competencies. This has greatly improved my communication skills and how to better meet the needs of the people I serve. It is evidence of the strong, relevant curriculum that the Online MSW program offers."
