“There's not a moment that I find myself needing support when there's nobody to reach out to. If I send an email it's responded to within a day or so. There are open office hours which you can participate in, which are very helpful. I've had instructors offer me virtual calls, real calls on my cell phone. They're real people, they're real connections. I never feel like I'm alone or that I don't have the support I need. They're really good about that.”
